Is Canberra worth a visit? How to spend a trip to Australia’s capital? Canberra, the capital of Australia. Yet the Australian city with a relatively bad rap, as far as being a travel destination is concerned anyway. But is Canberra worth a visit? A short one for sure! Why is this? Canberra is rather isolated….
How to spend a trip to the Bay of Islands – Paihia and beyond The Bay of Islands, situated in the Far North, is an unmissable destination to add to a New Zealand itinerary. With no shortage of places to explore, whether in the form of beaches, trails, towns, islands, there will be something to…
A brief guide to my travels around Australia I managed to hit up every state in Australia through a mix of solo travel, travels with friends, my host family, my own family, and also tours. Being on a working holiday visa for a year, which included six months of working as an au pair, meant…

Arrival – Tapanappa campsite, Deep Creek After getting lost en route…

My friend and I arrived on Friday morning and left on Sunday morning. We flew from Adelaide to Brisbane on the Thursday night,…
